Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 17, 2026 · Effective date: April 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LogMyStack ("LogMyStack," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit logmystack.com, use the free Peptide Reconstitution Calculator, or join our waitlist. We've tried to write this in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@logmystack.com.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Waitlist email address. If you submit the "Get early access" form, we collect the email address you enter. We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our waitlist and send email.
- Email correspondence. If you email us at
hello@logmystack.comor reply to a LogMyStack email, we receive and retain your message and email address.
Information collected automatically
- Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate device type, browser, screen size, referring website, and approximate geographic location (derived from IP address — we do not store raw IP addresses for long).
- Session recordings and heatmaps. PostHog captures anonymized recordings of site sessions (cursor movement, clicks, scrolling) and aggregates them into heatmaps. Recordings automatically mask text in input fields by default, including any email address you type into the waitlist form.
- Web performance data. We collect page load times and basic performance metrics to monitor site health.
- Cookies and similar technologies. PostHog sets a first-party cookie to recognize returning visits. See Section 5 for details.
Information we do NOT collect
- Calculator inputs. The Peptide Reconstitution Calculator at logmystack.com/calc runs entirely in your browser. The vial size, water volume, target dose, and any other values you enter are never transmitted to our servers or to any third party.
- Health or medical records. LogMyStack does not currently offer user accounts and does not store any health information, diagnosis, medication history, lab results, or protocol logs. If and when we launch user accounts that store this information, we will update this Policy and notify subscribers before enabling that collection.
- Payment information. LogMyStack is free and does not process payments.
2. How We Use Information
- To contact you about early access if you joined the waitlist.
- To send occasional product updates to people who have joined the waitlist. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To detect abuse, spam submissions, and technical problems.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising on the site.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with the service providers we use to operate the site:
- Kit (ConvertKit) — hosts our waitlist and sends our email. Receives: email address, subscription timestamp. Kit privacy policy.
- PostHog — hosts our analytics and session replay. Receives: anonymized usage data as described above. Data is stored in PostHog's US region. PostHog privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts the website. Receives: standard server logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) retained for a short period for security and performance. Vercel privacy policy.
- Google Workspace — provides email service for our
@logmystack.comaddresses. Handles email we send and receive. Google Workspace terms.
We may also disclose information if we are required to by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect the safety, rights, or property of LogMyStack, our users, or the public. If LogMyStack is acquired, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to this Policy or a successor policy with equivalent protections.
4. Data Retention
- Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
- Analytics data is retained according to PostHog's default retention (currently 7 years for events, 30 days for session recordings). We may shorten these periods in the future.
- Server logs are retained by Vercel for a short rolling window (typically 30 days or less).
- Email correspondence is retained as long as it's useful for product support, then deleted.
5. Cookies and Tracking
LogMyStack uses only the following cookies and storage:
ph_*(PostHog) — a first-party cookie used to distinguish new vs. returning visits and to associate events from the same session. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use a privacy tool like uBlock Origin to block analytics entirely. The site will continue to work normally if you do. The calculator does not require any cookies or local storage to function.
6. Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you may:
- Ask what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time (one-click link at the bottom of every email, or email us directly).
Residents of California (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@logmystack.com.
Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR)
LogMyStack does not actively market to the EU or UK, but if you are a resident of those regions and have submitted information to us, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data under the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The legal basis for our processing is your consent (for the waitlist) and our legitimate interest in understanding site usage (for analytics).
How to make a request
Email hello@logmystack.com from the address associated with your request. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling a deletion request.
7. Security
We rely on industry-standard security practices from our service providers (TLS in transit, at-rest encryption, access controls). No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed by an unauthorized party. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
LogMyStack is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email hello@logmystack.com and we will delete it.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no universal standard for how sites should respond to this signal, and LogMyStack does not currently change behavior based on it. You can disable analytics by using a content-blocking extension.
10. International Users
LogMyStack is operated from the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material — for example, if we begin collecting health data or change how we share information — we will notify subscribers by email before the changes take effect.
12. Contact
Questions, requests, or complaints can be sent to hello@logmystack.com. We read every message.
